At the last nXus People event in the Commonwealth Club, Canberra, we introduced Billie — our newest team member and the human face of how we’re integrating AI into organisational development and human development using AI. Why We Started Experimenting with AI
The pace of change in organisations today is staggering. Knowledge is easier to access than ever before but that only makes culture, collaboration, and leadership more critical. The answer wasn’t to replace what we do, but to amplify it.
